A Kingsbridge deli closed down Wednesday after 37 years in business.
The owners of the deli say the landlord handed them eviction papers six months ago.
They told News 12 that they believe the eviction is tied to the new ice skating rink being put into the Kingsbridge Armory down the block from the store.
The developers behind the Kingsbridge Armory are currently in a legal battle with the city and it is unclear when the ice skating rink will be finished.
The owners say they have no idea how they will continue to support their families.
