Leland Eating and Drinking House in Prospect Heights is celebrating the Lunar New Year with a new menu – just in time for the Year of the Rabbit.

Since opening in 2020, the restaurant has created a special menu that brings traditional dishes from the Philippines and China so people can have a taste of something new to start off the year. 

"Getting to experience our veggie bao’s, Olympia and the Lo Mai Gai...those are not common things that you would think of but they're so great and it’s just been wonderful to be able to experience all that," said head baker Angela Reid.

The menu featuring the new holiday dishes will be available starting Wednesday.
