The students at The Bronx Academy for Software Engineering are celebrating Computer Science Education Week by meeting with local government officials and technology world officials and presenting the technology they have been working on throughout the school year.
The non-profit organization code.org challenged New York City borough presidents to host events showcasing the growth of computer science education in the area.
The Academy was chosen by code.org as the borough's school that "exemplifies the growth of computer science."
Computer Science Education Week is an annual program committed to encouraging students to take an interest in the technology world.
