The number of COVID-19 cases continues to soar across Long Island.
The seven-day positivity rate has jumped to 25.49%. It was 24.94% on Sunday.
There were 8,112 new infections reported across Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Fifteen new COVID-related deaths were reported – five in Nassau and 10 in Suffolk.
