The HopeLine is a local organization that provides low-income parents with diapers and baby products.

It is reminding parents about the importance of changing their babies' diapers in order to prevent diaper and heat rashes.

"Just like adults, when its super hot, a child has access to water or they're breastfeeding milk. When they're drinking far more frequently and obviously urinating more frequently. A lot of children are finding themselves in soiled diapers a little bit longer," said the HopeLine's Executive Director Maria Citron.
