Police have arrested a man they say is connected to a shooting and robbery back in September in Mount Eden.

Luis Rafael, 27, was arrested for multiple charges including attempted murder, attempted robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

Police say that on Sept. 2, Rafale and another person approached a 32-yearold man in front of 1472 Wythe Pl. They tried to remove his necklace and one of the men shot the victim in the left shoulder.

The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln and is expected to be OK.
