yesterdayPolice arrested a man accused of fatally beating a 1-year-old at the Webster Houses in the Bronx.
Authorities say Legacy Beauford had been found by police with bruising and trauma to his body Thursday afternoon.
The baby was rushed to Bronx Lebanon Hospital and pronounced dead.
Keishawn Gordon, of the Bronx, faces charges of murder, manslaughter, aggravated sex abuse and sex abuse. Gordon, 23, is apparently the boyfriend of Beauford's mother.
