Man fatally shot near Mott Haven parole office
Police say a 27-year-old man was shot multiple times in the torso around 5:50 p.m. near Alexander Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard.

Police say a man was shot and killed Wednesday in Mott Haven.
It happened near Alexander Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard., just feet away from a parole office at 79 Alexander Ave.
A 27-year-old man was shot multiple times in the torso, just before 6 p.m., according to the NYPD.
EMS took the man to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police are searching for three men who ran from the scene, traveling eastbound on E 132nd Street.
The NYPD has not confirmed if the victim or the assailants are parolees.
