A man was stabbed to death in Times Square late Monday night.

Police say that 39-year-old had stab wounds to the face, torso and back. The incident happened in front of 132 W 43rd St.

EMS took the man to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue but he could not be saved.

Sources say police are now looking for three men who may be involved.
