Police are investigating what happened to a man they found dead inside a shopping cart in his Bushwick apartment.
Neighbors tell News 12 that they believe the man experienced medical issues, including seizures.
Others say he was a fixture of the community, always sitting on his stoop and offering people help with odd jobs around their homes.
