Frankie Rodriguez says he came out of his home on April 3 to find his wheelchair, which had been chained up, stolen.
Independence Care System, Rodriguez's wheelchair specialist, replaced it Monday.
He had been given a loaner wheelchair ahead of time, but Monday's gift is an exact replica of the customized, motorized wheelchair that was stolen.
Police say they have not made any arrests related to the theft.
