A 40-year-old man was pistol whipped across the face during a robbery in the Bronx, according to police.
It happened Tuesday around 3:30 a.m. near Archer and Beach avenues.
Police say the suspect walked up to the man and struck him in the face with a gun before removing the victim's wallet.
The suspect got away with credit cards and about $100.
Police say anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
