Police say that a man is dead after he was struck by a vehicle while riding a scooter Thursday morning in Morris Park. The accident occurred just before 11 a.m. near 1510 Waters Place. EMS responded to the crash and pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police do not have a description of the vehicle at this time.
