Man shot multiple times inside Bedford Park deli

Police say a 45-year-old man was shot multiple times inside a deli in Bedford Park.
Gunfire erupted at 29 Bedford Park Blvd. just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
The man was struck multiple times throughout his body, according to authorities.
News 12 crews captured a crime scene cordoned off, and officers investigating inside the deli. Blood was observed on the ground inside the entrance, and a jacket appeared to be tossed onto a pile of snow outside. There were also paper cups on the ground, which could be evidence. Police say they found shell casings inside the deli.
EMS took the 45-year-old to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
Police say they are looking for the shooter and are working to find out if they knew the victim and what led to the violence.
