A man is recovering after he was stabbed at a Bedford Park train station on Wednesday night. Police say it all happened at the Grand Concourse and Bedford Park station in the mezzanine area. According to police, the incident took place around 8 p.m. When police arrived on the scene, they found a 40-year-old man stabbed in the chest. He was rushed to the hospital where he is now recovering. It is unclear what led up to the attack or if the attacker and the victim knew each-other. Police say the victim is not cooperating with them. If anyone has any information they are asked to call the Crime Stoppers hotline.
