Police say a man was threatened with a gun and his jewelry was taken by thieves in Soundview.
The incident happened on Aug. 24 at 11:35 a.m. in front of 1656 Bruckner Blvd. Three people approached the 40-year-old man and snatched his chain and bracelet. One of the thieves took out a firearm and verbally threatened the victim before running away toward Stratford Avenue.
The victim sustained minor injuries but did not go to the hospital.
