Police are looking for a man who was believed to be armed with a gun near a mall in Yorktown.
A large police presence responded to the parking lot of the Jefferson Valley Mall after police said a man may have robbed two people around 3 p.m. Friday.
The suspect took off on a black scooter, according to authorities.
The supervisor of Yorktown says the two victims were injured and treated by paramedics, and one of the victims is from Putnam Valley.
A spokesperson for the Washington Prime Group, the property manager of the mall, responded with the following statement:
