Mayor Eric Adams has been outspoken about combatting the ongoing rodent issue in New York City and is now looking for a new director to help lead the cause.
On Wednesday, the mayor’s office posted a job listing for a new position titled director of rodent mitigation. The role, which offers a $120,00--$170,000 annual salary, requires a bachelor’s degree. The mayor's office wants applicants with a “swashbuckling attitude, crafty humor, and general aura of badassery."
