The Monroe College men?s basketball team came out victorious at their home opener against Bunker Hill Community College over the weekend.
Monroe led Bunker Hill for most of the game, ultimately outscoring them almost twofold 106-54.
Matt Little, a former Monroe High School hoops star, scored 12 points and had 12 rebounds. Westly Perryman had a game-high 14 points.
Monroe?s men?s team is still looking for its first NJCAA championship after making two appearances in the Division I national tournament. The game marked their sixth-straight win.
