Many proud faces filled the courtyard at Montefiore Medical Center Wednesday as interns of the hospital's Project Search program celebrated their graduation.

Project Search provides young adults with developmental disabilities real-life and hands-on work experience within the hospital that they can take into the workforce.

Those involved in the program then create a career plan and learn interview skills.

Project Search mentors say they aim to instill a good work ethic while erasing any stigma attached to the employability of those with disabilities.
