A 25-year-old is dead after an accident on his motorcycle on East Tremont Avenue on Sunday afternoon. 

Police say it all happened at 1980 East Tremont Avenue around 3:30 p.m. George Gonzalez was trying to pass a car but instead collided with it and proceeded to crash into a tow truck that was double parked. 

Gonzalez was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. 

Police say the driver of the tow truck was given a summons for double parking.
