"Biker Santas" drove through the Bronx Saturday to collect hundreds of coats for underprivileged children.
Organizers of the motorcycle ride say they collected nearly 300 coats last year and hoped to increase that number this year.
Members of the 15 different motorcycle clubs from across the city began their annual ride in New Rochelle and finished at an American Legion post on Ericson Place in the Bronx.
"Most satisfaction that I'm taking away from this event is knowing that I am making a small contribution to a child's life and seeing the smile on their face," says organizer Michael Agosto.
Organizers say they will be passing out the items to schools in December.
