MTA bus crashes in front of Bank of America in Crown Heights

An MTA bus crashed into the front of a Bank of America after a van sped through a stop sign at an intersection in Crown Heights.

An MTA bus crashed in front of a Bank of America in Crown Heights Tuesday morning.
According to FDNY, a B43 bus was involved in the crash. Four people were injured, with three taken to Kings County Hospital, the FDNY says.
Crews are currently at the scene working to remove the bus from the front of the building, where it has been since it crashed at 5:30 a.m.
Surveillance video shows a van flying into the intersection and running the stop sign at the same time the bus is coming across Eastern Parkway. The MTA says that no passengers were on board at the time, and News 12 has been told that the driver of the van struck the front of the bus, causing this crash.
