MTA increases service on Bx10 line after rider complaints
The MTA has added an extra roundtrip bus on the Bx10 line after numerous complaints from riders.
According to published reports, the MTA added the extended service after riders complained to Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz.
The Bx10 stems from Riverdale to Norwood, and now makes a total of 51 stops.
Many commuters News 12 spoke with say the added bus has been a long time coming.  They say the buses are always crowded and the MTA should consider adding even more buses.
MTA officials say they will monitor the Bx10 and decide if more buses should be added.
