The FDNY says a Metropolitan Transportation Authority mobile wash unit truck crashed into a Greenpoint apartment building this morning.

The FDNY received a call around 5:30 a.m. for reports of a bus crashed into a building at 63 Franklin St.

A source tells News 12 that the bus crashed into a first-floor apartment while the tenants were sleeping inside.

A local business showed News 12 surveillance that shows the truck coming down Franklin Street, first hitting a parked car and then crashing into the building.

Police say no injuries have been reported.

The Department of Buildings has issued a partial vacate order on the room the bus crash crashed into.

News 12 has learned the driver started working with the MTA about three months ago. The driver has been suspended pending further investigation.
