One of the volunteers, Rhanell Kennedy, also works full time as a trauma nurse.
"You see how we take calls from 911, from the fire department, you see the whole process we go through," Kennedy says.
The volunteer crew filmed themselves while learning new safety regulations and practices implemented because of COVID-19.
What they learned is then seen put into action during real emergency calls.
"I saw myself crying real tears--nothing was scripted," Kennedy says. "Our reaction times as EMS--we have to be on top of things--always ready."
