The Thursday commute home isn’t an easy one for many who ride the subway.

The B, D, F, M, N, Q, R and W lines face “severe” delays, while the A, C, E, 2, 3, 4 and 5 face delays as well.

A 5:30 p.m. service alert from the MTA says the B and D, as well as the N, Q, R and W, ran with large delays due to a track fire near the DeKalb Avenue stop.

For the F and M lines, they also faced delays that were more severe going downtown after having to move a train that had its brakes activated near the Jay St-MetroTech stop.

Just before 6 p.m., the MTA alerted that uptown 2 and 3 trains were delayed but running for “people being disruptive” at Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum.

Uptown 4 and 5 trains also faced delays in both directions due to a signal problem at Union Square. Some uptown 5 trains were running via the 2 line from Nevins Street to 149th Street-Grand Concourse amid the issues.

The A and C lines also saw delays at 5:30 p.m. due to High Street signal issues. The E line faced delays both ways because it is sharing tracks with rerouted F trains.

As of 6 p.m., that meant 15 lines ran with Thursday evening delays, while just 11 had no active alerts.
