A Bronx mother says mushrooms and mold have taken over her daughter's closet.
For over two weeks, Tenisha Rodriguez says the mold has been getting progressively worse. She expressed concerns about her daughter's asthma and tells us the smell is horrible.
Her daughter, Kayla Bautista, says she's noticed it's becoming harder for her to breathe in her room, and she is now consistently doing treatments.
Rodriguez says management continues to put off her concern and if nothing changes, she'll need to find another place to live.
News 12 reached out to management for a statement and is still awaiting a response.
