JPMorgan Chase announced its new global headquarters on Park Avenue in Manhattan will be fully powered by renewable energy.
The new all-electric building is said to have "net-zero operational emissions" partly by using power that comes from a state hydro-electric plant, according to officials.
Other green features include triple-glazed windows and systems that store and re-use water.
The nearly 60-story skyscraper is scheduled to be completed by 2025.
