New video released of father and son hit by car at Cross County Center

A disturbing new video has been released showing the moment a father and son were hit by a car at the Cross County Center in Yonkers.
The incident occurred on Saturday, Feb. 1, at around 3:30 p.m. as the father and his 12-year-old son were crossing the street near the entrance to the mall. A car came out of the mall, struck them, and the driver sped off without stopping.
Thanks to surveillance cameras in the area investigators were able to track down the driver -- 18-year-old Dylan Grant of Mount Vernon. Grant was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury and was issued a desk appearance ticket.
The father and son were taken to the hospital and are recovering from their injuries.
