New York City expands walk-in vaccine appointment eligibility for anyone 50 and older at city-run sites
Anyone 50 years and older are now allowed to go to any city-run vaccination sites and get a walk-in appointment.

469ds agoAnyone 50 years and older is now allowed to go to any city-run vaccination site and get a walk-in appointment.
Walk-in appointments were previously only available for New Yorkers 75 and older.
It has been harder for some New Yorkers to get an appointment once vaccine eligibility expanded to everyone 16 and older.
According to Mayor Bill de Blasio's office, walk-in appointments also apply to city-run pop up vaccinate sites.
The mass vaccination site at the Washington Heights Armory is accepting walk-ins for those 18 and older from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There are over 30 sites available for walk-in appointments across New York City, including six in the Bronx and seven in Brooklyn.
Some of the sites include the Northeast Bronx YMCA, the APEX Center at Lehman College, Brooklyn Army Terminal and the Event Space at City Point.
