NYC restaurants to expand indoor dining capacity to 50%

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced the city can raise capacity from 35% to 50% as long as the infection rate stays down and COVID-19 vaccinations increase.

New York City restaurants can increase their indoor dining capacity to 50% beginning tomorrow.  
Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced the city can raise capacity from 35% to 50% as long as the infection rate stays down and COVID-19 vaccinations increase.
Additionally, the five remaining yellow zone clusters will be lifted and indoor fitness classes will reopen statewide on March 22.
The 11 p.m. curfew will also be lifted for casinos, movie theaters, bowling alleys, pool halls, gyms and fitness centers on April 5.
