A 13-year-old boy is facing a slew of charges in connection to the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old girl in a Morrisania schoolyard last week.
Police say the unnamed boy faces murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment charges.
The NYPD says he is not being charged as an adult at this time.
This is the second arrest police have made in
the case. At the time of the first suspect's arrest, police told News 12 that they were also looking for a 13-year-old accomplice who handed him the gun.
