The NYPD says a 13-year-old was arrested Friday afternoon in connection to the stabbing of a 13-year-old boy in Ocean Hill.
The accused teen faces charges of assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
Authorities say the stabbing occurred on Roosevelt Place off Herkimer Street Thursday around 3:45 pm.
Sources say the victim and his attacker may have gotten into an argument before things turned violent.
Police say the boy who was stabbed in the back is in stable condition.
