A 15-year-old boy was arrested after police said he showed up to school with stolen MTA equipment in his bookbag.
The NYPD said the teen is facing multiple charges, including two counts of burglary.
His arrest comes after a series of subway crimes, including in late January, when a group of teens gained entry to an R train and took it for a joyride.
Police said an investigation into the 15-year-old’s involvement in January’s incident is still under investigation.
