7h agoThe NYPD say a 19-year-old was fatally struck after crashing with a truck in Sunset Park on Saturday.
They say the man was riding a mope heading north on 4th Avenue and was hit by a truck turning from 39th Street. The truck dragged the moped and the driver before driving away. The driver was taken to NYU Langone Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The truck has not been located, according to police.
The investigation is still ongoing.
