Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two women responsible for assaulting a 79-year-old man in Brownsville last month.

Authorities say the duo got into a verbal dispute with the victim at a Dollar Tree on April 18.

The dispute became physical, and the pair punched the man in the face and body before fleeing the scene.

The victim suffered minor injuries, according to authorities. Anyone with information is urged to call police.
