Police say a man was fatally shot Sunday afternoon in Brooklyn.

The NYPD responded to a call for a man shot at 175 Tapscott St. at 4:32 p.m. Sunday. When police arrived, officers spotted 30-year-old Jose Flores with a gunshot wound to his torso. The victim was transported to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

There are no arrests at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
