NYPD: 36-year-old fatally stabbed just steps away from Wakefield police station

A man was fatally stabbed outside a pharmacy in the Bronx, according to police.

A man was fatally stabbed outside a pharmacy in the Bronx, according to police.
News 12 is told the 36-year-old victim was stabbed just steps away from the 47th Precinct in Wakefield.
Authorities found the victim laying in front of 4137 Laconia Ave. near 230th Street just before 8 p.m.
Police say the victim had multiple stab wounds to his head and torso.
First responders rushed him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators say there was some-type of argument between the victim and suspect before the attacker pulled out a knife and stabbed him to death.
No arrests have been made.
