NYPD arrests suspect accused of setting fire to East New York apartment

Authorities say they have identified and arrested the man seen on video setting an East New York apartment on fire.
Police arrested and charged Roberto Luna with attempted murder, arson, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. Luna lived at the building he set fire to, according to the NYPD.
News 12 received video of the moment the fire was started outside an apartment in the building on Sheffield Avenue.
No one was hurt during the incident.
