9h agoA 24-year-old man was shot and killed at the intersection of Avenue L and East 95th St. on Monday afternoon, according to the NYPD.
Police say the incident took place just before 4:30 p.m., and that the victim had just walked out of the store when he was shot. Investigators say the man was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Eyewitnesses told News 12 that they heard four or five gunshots before a car sped off down East 96th Street.
No arrests have been made.
