yesterdayPolice say a 35-year-old man is in the hospital fighting for his life after being shot Tuesday night in Soundview.
Authorities tell News 12 the victim was shot in the head around 10:30 p.m. after what started out as an argument with the man who pulled the trigger.
First responders arrived at 1212 St. Lawrence Ave. located the victim, and transported him to treatment with serious injuries.
Police say they are still actively investigating what led up to the incident. They're asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
