Police say Montrell Williams has been missing since May 10 after a visit with his father.
He was last seen wearing a T-shirt and a diaper.
Sources say the child’s mother filed a report weeks later and the father is now in custody for questioning.
Police are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
