Police confirm they're searching for a second person in connection to the fatal shooting of 27-year-old veteran Keino Campbel. Sources say this shooting was an act of road rage.

Michael Aracena, 20, was arrested Monday and charged with murder manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon. Police believe the second person being sought is the person who handed the shooter the gun.
