The NYPD is investigating two unrelated shootings in the Bronx that left several people injured.
One of the incidents to place along Barnes Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Friday night. Police say a man and woman started arguing with another man, and moments later, the woman was shot.
They say the man was also shot in the shoulder. They're expected to survive.
Police say an unrelated shooting around 7:30 p.m. in Longwood left three people injured. They say two men and a woman were sitting inside a car along Tiffany Street when someone in another car pulled up and started firing.
One of the men was shot in his upper back. The other man was shot in the leg while the woman was shot in her foot.
They're expected to survive. Police say the shots were fired from a white Nissan Sedan.
It's unclear if the victims knew their attackers in both cases. No arrests have been made.
