NYPD: Suspect wanted for attacking 6 train conductor at Mott Haven station

A suspect is wanted for attacking a conductor on the 6 train at a Mott Haven station on Thursday.

Police say the man punched the 32-year-old victim in the face as the train was leaving the Third Avenue and East 138th Street station at around 10:20 p.m.

The conductor was treated at the scene for minor injuries and is expected to be OK, according to authorities.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
