NYPD: Suspects wanted for assaulting, robbing man in Unionport

Police say the victim was walking on Underhill Avenue when the duo stopped him and demanded his belongings. When he refused, they punched and kicked him multiple times in the face and body.

Two suspects are wanted for assaulting and robbing a 48-year-old man on Feb. 13 in Unionport.

Police say the victim was walking on Underhill Avenue when the duo stopped him and demanded his belongings.

When he refused, they punched and kicked him multiple times in the face and body.

Police say the suspects stole his cellphone, along with a wallet containing his debit card and over $200 in cash.

The suspects then fled the scene, according to authorities.

Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call police.
