Light snow blankets the borough, more snow on the way

The morning was cold, wet and slippery, making the morning commute a messy one.
The New York City Office of Emergency Management issued a travel advisory for commuters and drivers during the morning commute.
Drivers are still advised to take precautions ahead of the evening commute.
