They received a call at 3:30 a.m. of a fire at the commercial building at 3251 3rd Ave., near East 163rd Street. 20 minutes after the call, a second alarm went off.

Officials say a fire broke out in a deli on Wednesday.
They received a call at 3:30 a.m. of a fire at the commercial building at 3251 3rd Ave., near East 163rd Street. 20 minutes after the call, a second alarm went off.
The blaze caused the deli to be destroyed, windows to be broken and the second floor to be severely damaged.
No one was injured, according to fire officials.
The investigation is ongoing.
