A 29-year-old man is facing arson and assault charges following an early morning fire Monday in Allerton, police say.
Authorities say 29-year-old Nathaniel Green was arrested following the building fire.
At least 5 people were injured after the FDNY reported to the building on Arnow Avenue just before 6 a.m. Firefighters say the fire started in a cellar.
Police also say Green lives at the address where the fire happened.
